FOOD PRODUCTION (MORNING SHIFTS)

Own Transport is Essential Due to Work Location (No Public Transport Links).

Hourly Pay Rate:

• Basic Rate £12.52ph.
• Pay Rate Including Attendance Bonus Uplift £13.11ph.
• Overtime available after 41.7-Hours worked in a 5-day week.

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday - Early Morning Day Shift - 3am till 12:00 Lunchtime (41.7-Hours per Week Minimum).
• Sunday to Thursday - Afternoon / Evening Shift - 6pm till 3am (41.7-Hours per Week Minimum).

We are recruiting full-time temporary to permanent staff to work in a food production factory and well-established company outside of Southampton central.

Own transport essential due to the rural location and shift times.

Working as part of a team, the role will involve picking, packing, labelling, handling various food products, loading boxes and pallets, checking quality, lifting, and handling, working on a conveyor belt production line.

Keeping the work areas clean and following food hygiene standards.

Successful candidates will need to have a knowledge of food handling, hygiene, health & safety and able to work in a physically demanding job role, to targets and deadlines.
